Have you ever had a leader you looked up to, and thought to yourself, “I could never be like that”? Well, think again! Hexagon UX is partnering with Lumina Learning to provide an extra-special workshop where we discover our inner strengths and discover our own inner leaders.

NOTE: This workshop requires you to fill out a questionnaire by April 22!In order to enter the workshop, we would like to ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to get your Lumina Spark Portrait, a personalized profile containing 40 pages of detailed analysis and practical guidance on personal traits and behaviors that can be immediately applied to any context. Please fill out the questionnaire BEFORE coming to the session otherwise you may not be able to attend.

Lumina Learning is an organization that helps educate and grow leaders in organizations using a variety of psychometric tools, one of which is Lumina Spark. Your customized Lumina Spark Portrait analyses your communication style and behavioral preferences and how they change in different contexts.

Lumina Learningは組織のリーダーを育成し、成長を支援する組織です。Lumina Spark と呼ばれる特別なツールは様々な角度からあなたの隠れたの個性を見つけ出し、どのような状況があなたの強みを引き出し、またいつ隠れやすくなってしまうのかを教えてくれます。今回のワークショップでは事前に回答していただいたLumina Sparkの質問から導かれた回答を用いてリーダーになるための個性の強め方・戦略を導いていきます。一緒にリーダーになるための一歩を踏み出してみましょう。

Momoko Ozawa Account Manager, Lumina Learning Japan

Momoko Ozawa is an Account Manager at Lumina Learning Japan. She works closely with clients to fully understand their needs and develop the best organisational change solutions. In addition to developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, she also designs and facilitates leadership workshops for clients.

Before joining Lumina Learning Japan, she worked at Nepalese school in Tokyo. In her joint role as Administrator and Press Officer she found and actively developed her interest in human development. She worked closely with the media, major corporations, local Japanese schools and the Nepalese Embassy to build bridges between the Nepalese community and Japanese society.

小澤桃子はルミナラーニングジャパンのアカウントマネージャを勤めています。 クライアントに寄り添い・連携することでニーズを理解し、最良のソリューションを開発します。 主要なステークホルダーとの関係を発展させ維持することに加え、クライアントのためのリーダーシップワークショップを設計しファシリテーションを行います。

ルミナラーニングジャパンに入社する前は、東京のネパール人学校でアドミニストレーター兼プレスオフィサーとして働いていました。この経験から人間開発への関心を持ちました。 メディア、大手企業、地元の日本の学校、そしてネパール大使館と綿密に協力して、ネパール人コミュニティと日本社会の間の架け橋を築きました。

Saya Matsumoto Marketing Manager, Lumina Learning Japan

Saya Matsumoto is the Marketing Manager at Lumina Learning Japan where she manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and oversees the long-term marketing strategy including branding and communications. She also works closely with clients to design and deliver custom programmes and conferences to build a collaborative, productive and more inclusive company culture.

Born in London and raised in New York and Hong Kong, since coming to Tokyo she has interned with UN Women and also served as the Finance Director for FEW Japan. Outside of work she is passionate about sustainability, marine conservation, international development, women’s empowerment and inbound tourism. On weekends you can find her planning her next travels, trying out new recipes or curled up with a book.

松本紗綾は、Lumina Learning Japanのマーケティングマネージャーとして、日々のマーケティング活動を管理し、ブランドやコミュニケーションを含む長期的なマーケティング戦略に従事する。またクライアントと連携し、生産性の高い包括的な企業文化を築くためのカスタムされたプログラムや会議を企画、提供している。

ロンドンで生まれ、ニューヨークと香港で育ち、東京に来て以来、彼女はUN Womenとインターンをし、FEWジャパンの財務部長として務めた。仕事以外では、サステナビリティ、海洋保護、国際開発、女性のエンパワーメント、インバウンド観光に興味を持つ。週末には、次の旅行の計画、新しいレシピの試作、読書を楽しんでいる。
